Tarek El Hayek, a leading health and fitness professional with many years of experience as athlete & coach.

Started as a professional judo player in 1996, He also took on other natural sports like functional training and obstacles course runs.

Years of dedication & commitment resulted in winning national and international championships, and becoming captain for the Spartan World Championship.

Alongside his degree in mechanical engineering, He engaged in learning the science behind the sports industry and certifying as a REPS Level 3 personal trainer.

His passion is sports and his purpose is to share it with you and guide you on your fitness journey.

Pilates & Corrective Exercises Specialist

Monique Ribeiro is a certified REPS mat pilates instructor with 11 years of experience, providing customized group and private classes.

Moreover, Monique is a certified DHA physiotherapist who provides rehabilitation and movement reeducation, using corrective methods that will benefit you for the long run.

Her goal is to motivate you to go back to your healthy lifestyle in case of injury, or to make sure you train safely avoiding future injuries in the future.
